Refund policy

Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges

BDO will offer a refund/exchange within 30 days if the customer is not happy with the item. Must be approved by BDO, proof of purchase required and all returns and cancellations will incur a 20% surcharge and returned items back to BDO will be at the customer's expense (subject to the product & packaging being in unused saleable condition). All goods must be checked within 24 hours of receiving delivery. Please check specifications with your Plumber or Builder before ordering, all dimensions are approximate and can vary slightly. BDO will not be liable for any out of pocket expenses incurred for labour. If you have received the wrong item please contact BDO via email: customercare@brandsdirectonline.com.au.

All special ordered items are non-refundable (ie. custom basin, vanity cabinets or special finishes), large Items such as baths, basins, vanity units, mirrors and appliances.
